Thank you for this. Today I just feel like I ate horrible…but I really didn’t…I just feel like I ate SO MUCH…but everytime I did eat I was hungry and always stopped before I was over full.

I was sad that my kids threw out some chips they didn’t finish cause I just miss chips right now and they go, mom they are just chips they don’t have feelings. And it kinda reset me a bit.
