For the ppl that want to know how 1) I only straighten my hair once a month w/ NO heat touchups in between silk presses 2) one pass only 3) always use a heat protectant!

I used to do mine every other week and had no heat damage 😭 gotta drench in heat protectant and get it as straight as possible so you won’t need to refresh

I straighten my hair 3 times a month. I use medium heat in the blow dry with no paddle brush. I flat iron on no more than 390. I use dry bar liquid glass heat protector and olaplex

now this is heat trained hair. some people call the wrong hair heat trained which is why people get heat trained mixed up with heat damage or they call it the same
