@dazsidhu: If you work out every day but don’t see any changes, it might be because you’re not working hard enough. Think about this: if you’re trying to get stronger or build muscle, it’s important to know how much energy you have left at the end of a set. This is called RIR (Reps In Reserve), which just means how many more times you could have lifted the weight before you had to stop. For example: Imagine you’re supposed to do 12 push-ups. If you stop at 12 but realize you could have done 20, that means you had 8 push-ups left in the tank. That’s like just doing a warm-up and not really pushing yourself. To fix this, you can: 1. Make it harder by doing more push-ups or using something heavier (like a backpack with books). 2. Change your goal and aim to stop when you feel like you can only do 1-3 more before you’re too tired to continue. The goal is to finish your set feeling like you almost can’t do another rep—but you’re not completely out of energy yet.
