Goldy-Braised Corned Beef with Crispy Skin Mash, Roasted Greens & Dijon Horseradish Sauce I’ve had corned beef before, but never quite like this—and wow, it hit differently! Braising it in Goldy beer with aromatics and chicken broth gave it a rich depth of flavor. Paired with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli and asparagus, and a velvety Dijon and horseradish white sauce, this dish was an absolute winner. The final touch? Crispy potato skins sprinkled over the entire plate as the perfect crunchy garnish. Ingredients: •	1.8 kg corned beef silverside •	2 cans (750 ml) Goldy beer •	Chicken broth to cover •	1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 bay leaves, 1 tsp black peppercorns, 1 tsp mustard seeds •	Potatoes (for mash), olive oil, salt, pepper •	Broccoli, asparagus •	¼ cup cream, butter •	2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, 1 ½ cups reserved broth, ¼ cup cream, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp horseradish Steps: 1.	Rinse corned beef and place in a pot with 2 cans of Goldy, chicken broth, onion, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, and mustard seeds. Simmer until internal temp hits 90°C (about 2.5–3 hours). Rest before slicing. 2.	Roast unpeeled, fork-poked potatoes with salt at 200°C for 60 min. Peel, crisp skins at 220°C for 15 min, then rice potatoes. Mix with tempered butter and cream for mash. 3.	Toss broccoli and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast with potato skins for 15 minutes. 4.	For the sauce, melt butter, whisk in flour, then add 1 ½ cups broth and ¼ cup cream. Stir in Dijon and horseradish, simmer until thick. 5.	Plate mashed potatoes, sliced corned beef, roasted greens, and white sauce. Garnish the entire dish with crispy potato skins for the ultimate crunch. This meal is hearty, flavorful, and totally elevated—comfort food with a gourmet twist! #GoldyBraisedCornedBeef #ComfortFood #CrispyPotatoSkins #CookingWithBeer #HomeCooking #DinnerInspo #RoastedGreens #PotatoLovers #CornedBeefRecipe #Stivalicious #FoodieLife #SlowCookedBeef #EpicDinner #CookWithMe
