I always tell my patients one 250ml cup chug every 15mins! I also personally found chugging one cup so much easier than sipping from my water bottle!

As someone who had bowel cancer and had many colonoscopies I would suck on a sour Lolly before sculling the prep.

Also once things do open up if you blot rather than wipe it helps stop things getting so sore if you get what I mean….. good luck, the prep is definitely the worst part!

I saw a bit from years ago with Billy Connelly, he talks about col'scopy prep where he took pills!!! I would sign a legal doc to hand over my home if I didn't also drink enough water to go with pills

When I had to drink the 1L I took a mouthful and then chased it down with a mouthful of apple juice. Also had to have a peg on my nose while drinking it 😂

we use a prep that is 500ml for 2 doses, but it hits you like a ton of bricks. Like you almost have to drink it on the toilet 🤣

I think its the orange one that i did last time and it was sooo much better , you only had to have a small glass, then water inbetween
