I applied at National bargains council and then they came back they can't help me with my unfair dismissal I lost everything my home my furniture was thrown out I was locked up while I have a disabled daughter so how can you restart a unfair dismissal is u only have 30 days to lodge a case

I got enforcement from June 2025 the employer does not want to pay me even the sherrifs didn't help after CCMA gave me award now the employer send police to me

Hi just a quick question. I was absent from the 5th October 2026 I made contact with my manager on that day before my shift to make them aware I will not be in I went to the doctor and my medical gave problems could not get Auth and had no money to pay so doctors note. I went back to another doctor the 6th October 2026 all sorted with medical aid doctor booked me off from 6th to 8th made contact with my manager on the 6th to advise I won't be in and that I am booked off until the 8th. On the 7th during my period of being booked of my phone just went blank could not see anything on my screen. the 9th October I still did not feel well and because of the medication I overslept and woke up like almost 6pm the night as my shift started at around 3pm. I could.nit report my absence as I checked my numbers is saved to my phone. I'm off the weekend then Monday the 12th October 2026 I then went back to the doctor again as I'm still not well the doctor booked me off for period 12th - 14th October 2026. I was gonna go into office just to provide the notes as I did not have anyone's numbers but then I looked on my personal emails and found my managers email address. I then emailed her on the 12th October 2026 before my shift starts to report my absence and to ask for a contact number so I can use a friend's phone or someone's phone to make contact and to advise my phone is not working. I also made my manager aware I will not be in. I received no response. today the 13th I go fix my phone early this morning they wiped my phone so now all numbers was erased. Just after 5pm today the 13th October 2026 I recieved a Sms to advise that due to my disciplinary hearing that took place on the 16th October 2026 yes that's the date on the sms. As I did not attend due to absentia summary dismissal has been passed down and that I have 5 days to appeal to the company in writing or 30 to days to refer the matter to the CCMA. I have not received any communication before this from the company not evens an email from them to make me aware of the process being followed or that I am being invited for a disciplinary hearing. please advise on next steps or what to do

Good Day I am sorry for dming you but I have no other option. I am just asking for guidance, my union is dragging out my situation. I was given a verbal promotion from Parts Front counter to Parts Sales representative. I was not given a new contract nor a salary raise, however my target was doubled. My work title remains the same, Front Counter Sales. I enquired about this entire ordeal and my seniors keep beating around the bush. Now I am being moved back to my original postion, keeping my Front Counter Sales title, but my duties are still Parts Sales Representative duties with the doubled target. I am still unhappy about the situation because my manager didn't go about this the right way. He went to his seniors saying I "want" an increase instead of saying that I need the increase as it goes hand in hand with the promotion and the increased target. Your help will be highly 👏. I do not know where to go to. My HR is of no help as well.
