It feels so unproductive resting for more than a minute, it doesn't even feel like working out tbh. Not only that if I rest for over a minute My workout ends up being 2+ hours

true but to be fair..doing circuit training/HIIT (little to no rest), will get you more of a cardio benefit if you're going for a more lean/cut look #justsayin

I try to rest 2-3 minutes between sets but honestly it depends on the game I’m playing …. It could be 5 , and I’m really sorry about that 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I go during off peak hours though.

I was told when you do a heavy set then you need to rest and recover before jumping back into the heavy set again or else you’re not going to be able to perform like you should.

Not good study because most people only have a certain amount of time to workout so if they rest more then overall less sets will be completed. 20 sets 1 minute rest > 10 sets with longer rest
