Sweet Chilli Crispy Chicken Burgers - another one you all wanted dropping asap 🤣 I don’t blame you it was my favourite of last week 🤤 Ingredients (serves 2): - 200g chicken thighs boneless *you can use breast too which would also reduce calories  - Egg whisked  - Tsp smoked paprika - Tsp parsley - Salt to taste - Tsp garlic puree - 40g cornflakes - 2 brioche buns - 30g sweet chilli sauce (I use blue dragon reduced sugar) - 2 light cheesy singles (plastic cheese) - 20g lighter than light mayo - Shredded lettuce - Coleslaw mix  - 20g ranch sauce ✨ Season your chicken with the smoked paprika, parsley, garlic puree, salt and 10g of sweet chilli. Rub well into the chicken.  ✨Dip in the egg, followed by the cornflakes, press well into the chicken. Air fry for 14 minutes on 185 degrees. ✨ Drizzle over the remaining amount of sweet chilli on the chicken thighs once cooked. I used a basting brush to evenly spread. Air fry for a further minute.  ✨ Toast your brioche buns, add on the mayo, shredded lettuce, mix the coleslaw mix with ranch sauce and add on top of the lettuce, add the chicken, the cheese slice, I popped mine back in the air fryer for a minute to warm the cheese and top with the other half of the bun.
