Honestly, I really wish I could go back and talk about going to a mental hospital like I used to, but I genuinely didn’t realize the effect it had on me until I became an adult was struggling, and was so terrified to go get help. I was losing sleep at night having flashbacks of waking up and not being in my bed, but being in a lonely room with a person that I don’t even know in a time that I just needed to be heard. And I really do hope one day I can go back in and talk about what happened when I was sentimental hospitals but right now I just remember everything good and bad. 🤍
