after month 3/4 we stopped the baby talk around our daughter and even before it wasn't alot. My daughter is 5 and from 3 to 4 everyone was so shocked on how well she talked and carried herself.

my mom never did baby talk with me, she always spoke to me as an actual person, just used a more gentle tone. i think her experience with mentally disabled people helped in a way
