@taylorcezanne: Please share what you’ve learned in your parenting journey with #dogtok. I have a feeling #puppy parents can learn a thing or 2 from you! #dogtraining101 #parenting
We are all human. We just do our best. No one can be their best self everyday. Gotta give yourself some grace. It took a few years to learn that I couldn’t pour from an empty cup. Gotta love yourself

small practices to help with my own emotional regulation and self care - quick walks, humming a tune, eft, noise dampening ear buds, cat naps, listening to lowfi/calming music...

Realizing that my best is going to look different at different times instead of constantly reaching towards a goal I can't always accomplish. Modeling self care, rest, and feeling my feelings

It’s so hard especially with little to no help. I envy those with a strong support system. Also being in therapy helps.

I’ve learned from your page that consistency, patience, a routine and asking a lot of questions has been the biggest help!

The truth is you, you don’t 🥺 some days are better than others. Self awareness, communication, and grace help. Stopping to fill my cup and rest 🤎

You just do your best.
I tell my kids when I'm worn out. Not possible when they're younger. When they're young you do what you need to.
