this is interesting. I paid $2400 last year in Buckhead and I recently renewed & my rent is now $2000. I went to the office and negotiated. the units around me & the high rise next door just went down

I’m a Plumber who service metro atl high rises and it’s really not worth it, especially if you own 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 HOA kills the homeowner/landlord ATL is Not! NYC or Chicago.

I wish I could afford to move back to a nice part of Atlanta. I used to have a 2 bedroom house with a sunroom and a big backyard in Capitol View Manor for $1050. Ugh ☹️
