ACL recovery is easier than meniscus recovery in my opinion. I walked on crutches after released from ACL surgery 2 months for meniscus

for whoever is about to go thru it, don't be scared. I had mine sep, 26 hardly any pain with a nerve blocker u can ask for and I was able to walk like the 2nd weeks of November don't be scared

Another one that isn’t talked about that if you tear your acl in one knee you have a higher chance of tearing your acl in the other knee! Yup been there done that! I didnt want that shirt!

I just had my first ACL tear with meniscal tears and I was very scared, angry and depressed but I know I can come back better than ever and I'm almost there. to all my ACL recoverie's never give up

I did allograft on left knee in January 2014. Ran my marathon PR January 2015. 3:36. 11 weeks of PT then started running. Haven’t missed a day of running since April 2014.

I tore my MCL playing the sport I love, it killed me man. When I was “healed” I didn’t even wanna touch the ball. I still barely do, it hurts to even think about playing again. Not tryna get hurt.
