I was hacked earlier this year and also got stuck in the loop until I used the desktop site rather than mobile. If you haven't tried that, it's worth a shot.

Yeah, meta is ridiculous. Mine was hacked earlier this year and they did nothing, no matter what I tried to do.

I could never get mine back. It took a year for Facebook to take down my hacked page. I add 2 factor authentication to everything now. Sorry that happened to you!
