Solidcore and Pilates serve very different purposes. I do Lagree/solidcore 1x a week but will always prefer Pilates. lagree Not safe for everyone & not enough instructor training

Hey instructor here! the machines get professionally cleaned every night after all the classes and we clean them during the longer 30 min midday break every day!
