Can we have a database of Tenants? Do they pay the rent on time, not cause damage etc. Did you have to take any action against them? Helpful for landlords to get the right tenant.

As a landlord I have no argument with it except I'd doubt getting on the database is going to be free. Also this will be another reason rents will spike. Bad tenants should also be included too.

Why are landlords always perceived as bad? Many landlords go into this with a good heart but after many bad tenants we give up! Rentals are going up again

All those going on about land lords bring greedyetc, landlord not dragging you in and forcing you to rent their property, don’t want to private rent then don’t do it 🤷♀️
