The problem with this is people over promise and underdeliver when they get the job. because of the different tactics out there now, skill testing assessments are becoming more popular.

Now, this is a problem for recruitment. They hate that every resume looks perfect for them, and they see nothing unique to the candidate. They now push for video introductions to replace the resumes.
