The cacio e Pepe is better than some of the ones I’ve had in Italy and definitely in the US. I literally order it at a restaurant and more than half the time I think “should’ve just had Trader Joe’s”

the soup dumplings. add them to a sauce of equal parts coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and the chili onion crunch.
