Luckily she LOVES this recipe and it is packed with protein and nutrients. Banza is made with chickpeas and has 50% more protein and 3x more fiber than wheat pasta.. I love knowing she’s getting her protein in when she’s eating it. I use the cavatappi pasta for this. The cheese gets melty and it’s delish! Sometimes I just serve the pasta without the chicken and veg if I’m making her a quick lunch. **You can use any type of Banza pasta and any type of your favorite cheese. I use the garlic & herb cheese - it gives it a tiny bit of flavor (but not too much, heaven forbid 🙈😅).
