Ingredients: * 8 oz cream cheese, softened * 1/2 cup peanut butter * 1 cup powdered sugar * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (with a little extra to top your cheesecake balls) * 1 cup milk chocolate chips (for coating) * 1 tablespoon coconut oil Cream the peanut butter and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat mixture together until smooth and creamy. Stir in 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs until incorporated. Place dough in the fridge for an hour to firm up. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
