I don’t steal but get so nervous checking out of self check out 😂 like making sure I show my hands all exaggerated, placing each item in front of the camera, etc 🤣

I set off the AI system. The associate just put in thier code to unlock it, watch the video of the incident, and walked off. I had two of an identical item and scanned #1 twice.

okay but what about when you’re using the scan & go feature in the app? if it looks like you’re scanning but you don’t or you scan for multiple items but don’t update the quantity how would they know?

My husband used to work AP for Target. They don’t just have cameras watching you, but employees in plain clothes following you to see first hand what you’re getting and if you’re stealing.
