Only need 6 exercises all together bro. Preacher curls, hammer curls, tricep pushdowns, overhead tricep extension, lateral raises, and rear delt flys. And maybe wrist curls but there not rlly needed

Tip om dumbells omhoog te krijgen met shoulder press? Kan ze met heel veel moeite omhoog krijgen maar doe wel 11 reps
