I debated posting this, but here we are… I made these two wigs back in November for a long-time client of 10+ years. She wanted to take advantage of my sale, but instead of paying upfront (as my policy requires), I let her pay for one and the other once completed. Fast forward… I finished both wigs, reached out, and got no response. Life happens, so I didn’t press it. She finally reached out months later but wasn’t happy with the color—despite us agreeing on pink! And yes I have receipts to prove me explaining that the photos are AI and knew I could get as close to photo as possible and we agreed on PINK…… so I was completely shocked and confused by her not liking the color but anyway it is what is Now I’m left with a random custom pink wig in a size small. 😅 I did go in and change the color on one of them if you want to see the out come let me know in the comments, I decided not to change the second one because of the time I had already put into them. Both wig took me a total of 3 days to complete not to mention the investment on the color. Moral of the story? STICK TO YOUR POLICIES.
