I’m also no longer recovering after training and the last month I’ve been getting a lot of strain injuries. I’m going to stick with the creatine though so thanks for the reality check

Thank you I realised I’d been in a deficit for just over a year and a half while losing over 100lbs I think I need to take a break and reverse diet for a bit as I’ve been in a plateau for months
