I've been dealing with this recently. unknown bruising and scratches popping up. im using Arnicrare gel cream it gets rid of bruises and helps with pain.

Mine did this but I think mine was cos I had no nails so I was applying more pressure onto my legs n acc causing the bruising that way cos I wasn’t satisfied with the scratch 😭
