Just bc you eat it doesn't mean it doesn't contain cyanide. your variety probably contains less (sweet cassava), but this could harm someone who does this with bitter cassava. this isn't a flex.

cassava from there must have low level of cyanide, here in the Philippines our cassava have high levels of cyanide which will poison you if not cooked properly. There was a case where several (1/2)

uncooked / raw cassava is not toxic. welcome to Africa, East Africa to be precise...we eat them fresh from the farm...add salt and chilli powder + fresh lemon juice and boom, brunch served...🤣

Her in the Philippines there are many people died eating it raw. Just respect other opinions because we are telling the truth that CASSAVA/YUCCA has toxin properties.
