@cowboy__cooks: Pickeld Carrots 🥕 -Peel 1 1/2 lb carrots and cut into halves (i like to cut the tops and ends off and save in the freezer for stock) -To a large sauce pan add 1 1/2 cups water, 1 1/2 cups white vinegar, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp kosher salt, 2+ tbsp granualted sugar (salt and sugar should be adjusted to your taste) -Heat the mixture over medium low, stir to combine and bring to a low simmer -Add carrots to your large pickle jar, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, fresh dill, lemon grass, and a couple bay leaves -Once the brine is heated, pour it in the jar over the carrots so they are fully submerged with a little space at the top of the jar -Let the jar sit out until it cools to room temperature and then place in fridge and let the carrots sit for 1-2 weeks and then enjoy :) #fyp #foryou #cooking #food #Recipe #recipes #pickles #carrot #vegetarian #chef
