put the cabbage in the freezer, I changed them once it became warm. dried up in 2 days, also it worked like an ice pack too

I did the cabbage but also took Sudafed. It’s supposed to help dry everything up too! I was in pain a few days but then it kinda just dries up and they go down and there’s no more milk lol

Freeze your cabbage! Also purple cabbage is better! Everytime it becomes "cooked" basically limp not frozen change them! Also the coldness from them being frozen is god sent 🤣

I did a slow dry up. If I pumped every 4 hours normally, I pushed it longer in between. It took about 2 weeks and the last few pumps were like 48 hours but no mastitis.
