Don't bother with the CTA. Go right to small claims court. It can be made public and the airlines have zero say in it, and it sets prescident which is what they really don't want.

WS changed an outbound flight that would miss their own connection. I called them and the agent was shocked. only 1 flight per day, had to fight to get them to change airports so I could fly 🤦♀️

West Jet first changed my flight times, they did notify me, but it meant I had to leave a day earlier, which cost me another night at my hotel. They then changed the aircraft. I had booked 1/2

You should have called WestJet. They cancelled my flight and the rescheduled flight wouldn’t work for me. When I called they booked me on a different airline. This was this year

I had that happen in September.. the clerk mentioned she didn’t even care about her job.. and that’s how she out it.. i left a day later and had paid the same price..🥴

I flew west jet once & never again. They didn’t even email me to let me know my flight was cancelled & didn’t wanna refund me via my credit card. I had to spend 2k to fly with Air Canada last minute.

Can’t even count how many times air Canada has delayed and caused missed flights costing me thousands out of pocket for hotels and missed occasions

Last September they forgot to load my wheelchair.... They wanted me to sign an NDA in exchange for compensation. Going through Transport Canada mediation instead. Probably won't get as much but....

Westjet and Air Canada received BILLIONS over Covid. The cost of a domestic flight is MORE expensive than it's US counterparts and they nickel and dime at every turn. LEGISLATION NOW.
