You’ll need *1 Tbsp @Graza Sizzle Olive Oil * Tbsp @KerrygoldUSA butter *1 small onion *1 small shallot * 1/4 cup vodka * 1/2 red pepper flakes * 1 cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes * salt & pepper to taste *basil to taste (optional) *1/2 tsp italian seasoning *1/2 cup heavy cream or light cream *1/2 cup parmesan cheese *1/2 pound Rigatoni *extra parmesan cheese because why not???? 1. Add your Sizzle Olive Oil & butter to your pot. Let it melt all the way. 2. Throw in your chopped onions and shallot. Let them cook until soft (6-8 minutes). 3.Add in your vodka and red pepper flakes. Most important part let the vodka soak into the onions. You don’t want any liquid left in the pot. 4. Add crushed tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes & seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, basil & italian seasonings). While the sauce is simmering, boil a pot of water for your pasta. 5.Add in your cream & stir constantly. You’ll add your parmesan cheese here too! 6. Add your pasta and taste test. Add more salt & pepper if needed. . I make this atleast twice a week. The easiest thing to make & my favorite thing to have. Yes, i’m having this as a side dish on Thanksgiving. .
