If you are Team Duck this holiday make sure you get a @Maple Leaf Farms Duck that is grain fed, no added growth hormones, all natural, free to roam, and humanely raised! Doesn’t get any better than that! 🦆 Ingredients: 4.5 lb Maple Leaf Farms Duck 1 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/3 cup Honey 1/3 cup Gochuchang 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 2 Oranges Squeezed How to: 1. Pour boiling water over the duck to blanch the skin 2. Dry with paper towels 3. Place on a sheet pan and cover with Asian inspired sauce 4. Then in the refrigerator overnight 5. Next day poke holes with a knife or with a meat tenderizer 6. In the Smoker or Oven at 275 degrees 7. Every 30 minutes brush on the sauce and it will tack up and glaze the duck 8. When duck reaches 145 degrees IT in the thickest part of the breast; she is done!
