@melaniesandford18: This is such a fun and easy way to make your own vapor rub. This is a way to avoid the not-so-healthy ingredients that can be in store-bought vapor rub. This is a spin on the @drjoshaxe original recipe. Here is what you’ll need: a 1/2 cup of unrefined, coconut oil, 1/4 cup of castor oil you can also use olive oil or another carrier oil of your choice. 1/4 cup of beeswax. Melt it all down together in a double boiler and pour into glass jars. Be very careful pouring the contents as they are hot.. add 10 to 12 drops of eucalyptus essential oil and 10 drops of Cedarwood oil. You can put it in the refrigerator to cool and once you take it out, you do not have to refrigerate it again. These make wonderful handmade gifts. You can apply it to the chest and neck area. Also the bottoms of the feet to help with a cough or congestion. Remember this is for topical use only this is not to be ingested. I am not a medical doctor and this is not medical advice. Please do your research. ❤️🙏🏼 essential oils and castor oil by @GuruNanda LLC #coldandfluseason #holistichealth #naturalremedies #vaporub
