It’s the cracks on the tongue that makes u sensitive to things I have the same thing and when the cracks are gone I can eat spicy n other foods with no problem

I use to be like that as a child. Didn't eat spicy foods, but now I LOVE SPICY foods. My sister called it a "giraffe tongue"
