currently 8months pp and still feel like I'm on hells rollercoaster. I have tried all the meds I feel like but holly shit 3rd baby now and the 1st yr is hell and having that supportive partner is definitely key. I've been so tired the past 2 months and I feel that. I don't ever have crazy manic episodes there are normal daily things or a feeling but I can't get out of it I just want to 😭😭 but looking at my kids calm my storm

good advice 🙏🏻 quick question, were there no issues with breastfeeding while taking bipolar meds? I was adviced to stop all meds 9 years when i got pregnand had a horrible postpartum experience

I also have bipolar disorder and I had/have PPD and PPA. My pregnancy was AMAZING but had a major crash postpartum and became manic. Thank you for talking on this, it makes me feel less alone. ❤️
