@askvinh: This is a problem for many women in the workplace... To command more authority requires you to speak louder, but often for women they get labelled as being "bitchy". The key behavior you need to add when you speak louder is to add more melody to your voice! This makes what you say more pleasant and also makes it feel less like you're screaming. Was this helpful?
