my therapist told me that hyperanalysing was a defence mechanism from not disturbing my parents and not become a nuisance not feel like a burden so i could be a good boy and get some love from them

Yes we feel everything , we do like to be alone, because people hurt us by not understanding they think we should be like them . The world is overwhelming at times for us, we love deeply but get hurt
