Drizzle with Colavita Premium Italian EVOO and mix well to coat. 5.⁠ ⁠Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Once done, remove from the oven and set aside. Make the Orzo: 1.⁠ ⁠In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add Colavita Premium Italian EVOO and sauté the chopped shallot for 1 minute. Add the vegetable broth, reduce the heat to medium, and cook until most of the liquid evaporates. 4.⁠ ⁠Add the seasoning, heavy cream, and stir well. Toss in the spinach and basil, mixing everything together. 5.⁠ ⁠Lower the heat to low, stirring occasionally, and cook the orzo until it reaches your desired texture (about 8-10 minutes).
