My patient giving birth tonight in my ambulance told me tonight not get too attached to her in active birth. I do care for them! I’m not ashamed to hold her hand. She was so happy when I visited her in the hospital. I know I made a difference!

All the caring in the world still makes it challenging to do CPR on an older patient that the odds of survival to previous health is almost nonexistent
