My 9 hugs his friends goodbye. I was worried the first time I saw it they would push him off. But they all have a big smile on their faces even if they don’t hug back. My kid is an emotion guy🥰.

One of the draws to my husband for me was his ability to give physical and verbal affection to his friends. Hugs, "I love you" at the end of phone calls.

I’m the oldest of 5 boys and we were allowed to cry and be emotional mostly because of my mother, my dad was always “he’s a boy, don’t cry”…I’m thankful my mother gave us permission and a safe space
