Eczema- has nothing to do w skin, mostly a gut problem. Avoid sugar (or all carbs), gluten and dairy products for at least a month. (anti-inflammatory low carb diet, gluten free diet).

Calendula flower cream saved me from painful eczema. You can probably order it online but they usually have it in health stores! 💗

It is the worse. it really crushes your confidence you can’t look anyone in the eyes and you’ll feel self conscious till it is gone.
