Hab das heute noch. Bin dauerhaft zu jeder Tageszeit gestresst. Kann das nicht abstellen. Muss mich eigentlich auch immer davon ablenken zum Beispiel beim Einschlafen mit Musik oder true crime😅

Wie kann man ganz kleinen Kindern bei bringen sich zu regulieren? Meine Tochter ist jetzt 13 Monate & wenn sie wütend oder frustriert ist, „bockt“ sie oder schreit & beißt einen von uns dann.. 🥺 ich möchte ihr gern zeigen wie sie besser mit ihren Gefühlen umgehen kann, aber weiß nicht wie.. 😫

THE LIFE, LEGACY AND THE SUCCESS OF DR. APOLLO MILTON OBOTE Dr. Apollo Milton Obote is one of the most important names in the history of Uganda. He was the man who led Uganda to independence from British colonial rule in 1962 and became the first Executive Prime Minister of the country. Apollo Milton Obote was born on 28th December 1925 in Akokoro village in Apac District, northern Uganda. He was born in a humble farming family. His father Stanley Opeto was a chief of the Lango people. Obote was the third child among nine children. Being from Lango, he grew up understanding the value of community and leadership. He started his education in 1940 at the Protestant Missionary School in Lira. From there he went to Gulu Junior Secondary School and later to the prestigious Busoga College Mwiri. In 1948 he joined Makerere University, which was then the only university in East Africa. At Makerere he wanted to study Law but the course was not offered, so he studied Arts, including English and Geography. While at Makerere he became famous for his powerful public speaking. He was also very active in student politics which led to his leaving the university. After Makerere, Obote worked in Buganda as a clerk and later moved to Kenya. In Kenya he worked as a construction worker. While in Kenya he joined the anti-colonial struggle and worked closely with Kenyan freedom fighters like Jomo Kenyatta. This experience shaped him into a true Pan-African nationalist. Obote returned to Uganda in 1956 and joined the Uganda National Congress (UNC), the main political party fighting for independence. In 1957 he was elected to the colonial Legislative Council (LEGCO). In 1959, after a disagreement inside the UNC, Obote broke away and formed his own party, the Uganda People's Congress (UPC) in 1960, merging with the Uganda People's Union. To win independence, Obote made a smart but later difficult political decision. He formed an alliance with Kabaka Yekka (KY), the party of the King of Buganda. Together, UPC-KY won the 1962 pre-independence elections. The greatest success of Dr. Obote was leading Uganda to Uhuru. On 9th October 1962, at Kololo, the Union Jack was lowered and the Uganda flag was raised. The next day, Obote was sworn in as the first Executive Prime Minister of independent Uganda. The Duke and Duchess of Kent represented Queen Elizabeth II at that ceremony. That is the historical picture you have been restoring. As Prime Minister from 1962 to 1966, Obote tried to build a new nation. He expanded education, built schools and roads, and promoted unity among Uganda's many tribes. He introduced the slogan

In 1966, following a political crisis with the Kabaka of Buganda, Mutesa II, and a gold scandal, Obote abolished the traditional kingdoms and declared himself Executive President. He ruled from 1966 to 1971. During this time he introduced socialist-leaning policies called "Move to the Left", nationalized some industries and made UPC the only political party in 1969. On 25th January 1971, while Obote was attending a Commonwealth meeting in Singapore, his Army Commander Idi Amin overthrew him in a military coup. Obote fled to Tanzania where his friend President Julius Nyerere gave him refuge. He returned in 1980 after the fall of Idi Amin and won the 1980 general elections which many said were not free and fair. His second presidency from 1980 to 1985 was very difficult. The country was in ruins after Amin, and a guerrilla war led by Yoweri Museveni, known as the Luwero Bush War, started. The war caused many deaths. On 27th July 1985, Obote was overthrown for the second time by Generals Bazilio and Tito Okello. Dr. Apollo Milton Obote will always be remembered as Uganda's independence hero. Despite all the controversies of his later rule, history cannot erase the fact that he was the man who received the instruments of power from the British and became the father of independent Uganda.
