Enjoy it because you are cooking and sharing a meal with loved ones. If you have a goal in mind that needs you to follow a particular regimen and you got time to get there, enjoy today and get back to it with new energy and new intention tomorrow. If you have a goal in mind with a bit more of a time pressure make a calculated decision, if you think you can still fit in free meals, do it, because again it’s just food. Respecting your goals means maximizing and optimizing your action taking. And sometimes that means: 💥Being able to push hard. And other times that means: 🧘♀️Being able to relax. It’s just food.
