I wish I would have seen this sooner. I tried a trick with my hyst. Pineapple juice the entire week before and increased my water intake. I was rolling out of bed to go to the potty the same night.

You need to take your pain meds for at least a week. They will help out a lot. Your incisions look great. Make sure you lay down and rest. Praying for a quick recovery.

If you don’t want to take the pain meds you can try ibuprofen and Tylenol at the same time and it can help like a pain pill without the opiates. But if you need them take them.

The pain meds will help. Please take them unless you have a specific reason not to. Rest, heat and lots of water.

I took the pain meds for the first 4-5 days and then I was able to switch over to just ibuprofen. Take them if you need them. Your body can’t heal if it’s under stress.

Post op day one for me, so far I have had minimal pain so far. Mine was laparoscopic they took out uterus/cervix/fallopian tubes. How you get some relief soon
