freeze left over stalks, onions, etc... you can dry most veggies to make powders, or use them to make veggies stalk for soup. u can use EVERYTHING for something

We compost so much, it’s part of our regional waste program. Newspaper to line the compost bin really helps with the mess if you can’t source the compost bin liners.

Have you looked into vermicompost for raised garden beds 🪴? You have enough backyard space for it. Gotta have to get some wiggly red worms 🐛 though.

If you can get a cheap deep freeze for your basement then you can just freeze it.
