So being dividend and reit heavy you are sacrificing capital growth for 6000 a year in divvies. Had you invested in s and p index or mag 7 you’d have 150000 but 1500 divvies. Ugh this is sad.

I can relate. My account reached a milestone as well reaching 150k with about 80k book value. I reinvested my dividends. Sticking to your goals and not panicking are key.
