You could also combine with less stock, put in a casserole dish and top with a pie crust and put in the oven. Turkey pot pie.

We put the turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing and greenbean casserole in the crockpot the next day with broth add some salt it is amazing.. we do it every year.
