Hjortron as it called in Sweden grows all over here and Scandinavia. A favorite of mine is to have it with Fried Camembert.

In sweden they are called hjortron, but are nicknamed “the gold of the forests” (they share this nickname name with yellow chanterelle) & in the northern part of Sweden they are not hard to find 😊
