One of the main reasons is because we think that we need to train very basic to build the most muscle. While it’s true that you should have staple bodybuilding exercises, when you train for power, the muscle mass will come as a result. And it will come very strong and powerful. I’m not sure what your goals are, but “I” just want to be as strong as I can be. As agile as I can be. As powerful as I can be. I want to be a beast. Cracy you haven’t lost faith yet. I worked out 4-6 hours Daily in my prime.. But suddently, it made no sense for me.. like - what’s the purpose? Yes i looked good but i became Way too self-absorbed.
