Bruh. That phase hit me HARD. I basically went years without so much as touching a skirt or dress. This year broke that phase with me now having outfits DEDICATED to 2 skirts that I got from hottopic.

My absolute fav color is any shade of purple but pink was “the same thing” (its not) to every adult so I told them I hated pink. I don’t hate it & never have but adults didn’t care about my preference

I’m so glad there was other people who experienced it as well . Like I always felt like I was the problem for not liking pink and dresses but at least now I know it’s not just me who felt like that 😭
