You have to take the time to reply to all their questions. It's important for them not to feel that you have other clients. Two : privacy and discretion. If you work with influencers, they'd be more than happy for you to share on Instagram the entire experience you're going to live with them. But if you work with very old, traditional families, they don't want to see anything on Instagram. They don't want you to share even the fact then you work together. So you have to adapt the privacy to the kind of clients you are working with. Three : personalization and adaptation. When you work with wealthy clients, sometimes they just don't want the traditional package they want you to build and to create something on bespoke for them. So you have to be flexible. Four : adaptation to the client's needs. You have to know them so well that you can know exactly what they need right now before even them to think about it. And the last one is to take the responsibility. So basically with these clients, there is no “it's not my fault”. Even if it's not your fault, you have to take the responsibility of it and to find a solution to fix it.
